How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Claude S. 'Pap' Warner was one of Lexington's finest and most sought after carpenters during the 1930's, 40's and 50's. He had a fine eye for detail and a deep respect for quality, so Claude's craftsmanship was in high demand. In 1956 after serving in the United States Air Force, C.W. 'Bill' Warner recruited his father to begin building fine homes in the Lexington area. The tradition continued as C.W.'s son, Mike, joined his father after graduation from the University of Kentucky in 1977 and after following his father's footsteps serving in the Air Force as a F-4 Fighter Pilot. C.W. and Mike have earned distinction and recognition among Central Kentucky's top homebuilders, carrying on the longstanding family tradition of exceptional quality service.
